Amazon Directs Publishers operates https://amazondirectspublishers.com as an independent author-services business. Contact us at leads@amazondirectspublishers.com. The business contact details are listed on our Contact page.
Inquiry forms collect your name, email address, phone number and message. Our server records your IP address, submission time and source page; campaign, referring-page and keyword information may accompany an inquiry. Hosting systems may also record browser and request information. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information through inquiry forms.
We use inquiry details to respond, prepare proposals, administer projects and payments, maintain records and prevent misuse. Where applicable, we rely on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, or legitimate interests in secure business operations. Where consent is required for optional marketing or tracking, we request it separately. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
We may reply by email or call the number supplied about your specific request. Inquiry submission does not provide consent to automated promotional calls or marketing texts. Any optional marketing program requires a separate choice where required. You can ask us to stop optional communications.
Inquiries are sent to our email and customer relationship management system and may be retained in a server-side backup. Hosting, email, CRM and authorized project providers process information as needed to operate the service. Payment providers process payment information under their own terms. We may disclose information where legally required. We do not sell inquiry details or share them with unrelated businesses for their own marketing.
We do not currently use a Microsoft UET advertising tag on this website. Hosting and third-party resources may process technical requests; Google Fonts is loaded to display typefaces. If we add Microsoft UET or other optional advertising or analytics technologies, we will provide the required notice and consent controls before activating them where consent is required. Microsoft may collect or receive personal data to provide Microsoft Advertising when those features are enabled. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Browser settings can restrict cookies; consent controls must be used for optional technologies where required.
We retain inquiries and project records only for business, contractual and legal needs, and periodically review information for deletion. Retention varies by record type and applicable obligations. We use reasonable access and security measures; no system can promise absolute security. Project materials are shared only with authorized people and providers who need them.
Providers and staff may process information outside your country. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, obtain portable data, withdraw consent, or complain to your local supervisory authority. Contact us to make a request; identity verification may be needed. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully performed.
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if a child has submitted information. Changes to this policy will be dated on this page.
