Amazon Directs Publishers offers paid writing, editing, proofreading, formatting, design, publishing assistance and marketing services. We are not Amazon.com, Amazon Publishing or Kindle Direct Publishing, and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon or its affiliates. Mention of a platform describes a possible publication route, not a partnership.
A consultation is free of charge and creates no purchase obligation. Paid work requires an accepted written proposal specifying deliverables, manuscript length, formats, revision rounds, schedule, total fees and payment milestones. Changes or additional services require a revised quote and your approval. Website descriptions are not a promise of services outside that scope.
Any agreed quote will state its currency, taxes and whether printing, ISBNs, advertising spend, hosting, stock assets or external charges are included. We charge for our assistance; eligible authors can use retailer self-publishing tools directly under the retailer’s own terms. We do not represent our service charge as a retailer registration fee.
You retain rights in your original manuscript and other materials you provide. You confirm you have permission to use them. Your agreement specifies rights transferred in paid commissioned work and any third-party asset licenses or restrictions. We do not promise legal copyright registration or worldwide enforcement. Obtain qualified legal advice for legal-rights matters.
You must provide accurate instructions, review drafts and approve final files. Revision rounds, turnaround and excluded changes are specified before ordering. Client delays and scope changes can alter delivery dates. Retailer review and publication dates are independently controlled by each platform.
You create, own and control your retailer accounts and payment details. Do not send account passwords or identity documents through our inquiry forms. Where assistance is agreed, use authorized collaborator access where available. We do not bypass platform verification, promise acceptance, or provide fabricated or incentivised reviews.
We do not promise book sales, income, bestseller status, awards, rankings, favorable reviews or availability at a particular retailer or library. Distribution and royalties depend on eligibility, rights, territory and third-party terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains inquiry and project information processing. Do not misuse this website, submit unlawful content or attempt unauthorised access. We may decline unlawful, infringing or deceptive work.
Each party is responsible for its own contractual obligations. No term excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
