Read your written proposal and these terms before payment. Your proposal must specify deliverables, milestones, revision rounds, total charges, third-party costs and the cancellation process. An inquiry is not an order.
You may cancel by email before work starts. Payments for work not started will be refunded, excluding only third-party costs you expressly authorized and that have already been incurred and cannot be recovered. We will explain and document any deduction.
If you cancel after work starts, we assess completed milestones and demonstrable work performed up to receipt of the cancellation request. We refund the unused balance after deducting the agreed value of completed work and authorized, nonrecoverable third-party costs. We provide an itemised explanation. A cancellation does not automatically forfeit the full payment.
If an agreed deliverable is missing or materially differs from the written scope, contact us with the project reference and details. We will review the concern and propose correction, completion or an appropriate refund for the affected unprovided work. Included revisions are those specified in your proposal; additional work requires your approval.
Retailer rejection, sales performance, rankings and reviews are outside our control and do not by themselves mean that agreed services were not delivered. Printing, advertising, ISBN and other external charges are refundable only to the extent recoverable from the provider; disclose and approve them before purchase. This does not reduce remedies for our failure to perform agreed work.
Send your cancellation or refund request to our contact email with your name, project reference, payment date and reason. We aim to acknowledge requests within three business days and provide an assessment within ten business days. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within ten business days; banks may take additional time.
Nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer rights, applicable cooling-off rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If mandatory law conflicts with these terms, that law applies.
